Rolex Parts Replacement & Watch Maintenance

When damaged parts are discovered during repair, we prioritize using original manufacturer parts to maintain consistency and value. However, sourcing OEM components depends on the watch’s rarity and production year.

If your watch is a vintage or rare model, we recommend sending it to the official brand service center for parts replacement, though this option may be more costly.

If original parts are unavailable, we will use high-quality replacement parts, and when necessary, custom-produce components using CNC machining or 3D printing technology to ensure precise fitting and reliable performance.

Time Accuracy Testing & Regulation

Magnetization or lack of maintenance can affect your watch’s timekeeping accuracy. Using professional-grade instruments, we conduct precise diagnostics to resolve timing deviations. Every watch has an acceptable margin of error—even top-tier brands like Rolex and Patek Philippe are no exception.

For example, Rolex watches with Superlative Chronometer Certification (C.O.S.C.) must fall within a daily deviation of +2/-2 seconds. If your watch is running slightly off but still within the brand’s specified tolerance, it is considered normal.

However, if your watch shows deviations beyond the acceptable range, it could indicate movement issues—such as dried-out lubricants or a sticking hairspring. Minor timing issues may be fixed through demagnetization, while more serious cases require full disassembly and lubrication.
